JCB India inaugurates Indimo JCB, its latest dealership,,at Navi Mumbai

India’s leading manufacturer of Earthmoving and Construction equipment, JCB India today inaugurated its new dealership at Navi Mumbai, Indimo JCB.

Spread over an area of 14,000 ft.², this new dealership will employ almost 100 people and will manage the Sales, Service and Parts business for JCB’s range of machines in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Raigad and Palghar.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr Deepak Shetty CEO and Managing Director of JCB India Ltd said, “There has been a continued focus on creation of infrastructure in India; and our customers who use JCB machines are at the heart of this development. With this new dealership, we are delighted that our customers in Mumbai and nearby areas will get further access to a world-class customer experience”

The gender diverse workforce at the dealership will have almost 30% women. In addition to the headquarters of Indimo Tech being at Navi Mumbai, the dealership will have outlets in Ghatkopar, Virar, Boisar and Panvel for further reach. It will also have outlets in Vadkhal, Mangaon, Shahpur and Bhiwandi and will provide 24×7 service support for customers.

Additionally, it will also have a Livelink command Centre, JCB’s advanced Telematics technology which enables real-time updates about the service, operations and security of equipment.

Deepak Shetty further added, “Mumbai is an important market for us and we look forward to engaging further with our customers. The Indimo group, with its strong product support background, will certainly ensure that our customers are never far away from professional product support”

The dealership has a four bay workshop at Kopar Khairane and has two more workshops coming up at Panvel and Virar. With the new airport coming up at Panvel, JCB will be able to support machines of customers engaged in the development of this prestigious project.
